The Grant MacEwan University Griffins Womens Hockey program would like to welcome Janella Brodett to our roster for the 2010- 2011 season. Janella hails from Edmonton and comes to our program after playing a season with the Lindenwood University in Missoura, USA. Prior to leaving to the US on a scholarship she played 2 years with the Edmonton Thunder AAA team in the Alberta Major Midget Female League. She is in the Business Bachelor of Commerce program at MacEwan.
Nella, is a strong forward who will bring speed and strength to our offense and hard work and skill to the defensive play. Welcome Nella to our Griffins family.
