The primary focus of Grant MacEwan College is to provide high quality education to individuals. The Griffin's philosophy insists that student athletes make academics their priority. Our coaching staff and the academic monitoring support system assist individual student athletes to achieve a GPA that reflects their potential.
Coaching Staff
Our coaches are among some of the most talented in the country. All MacEwan coaches are fully certified through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). They bring to MacEwan a wealth of knowledge and intercollegiate experience, as well as a keen interest in developing student athletes.
The coaching philosophy is geared around player development. An opportunity to play immediately, instead of getting minimal playing time for your first 2 years at a university
A team strength and fitness coach designated to work with athletes one-on-one.
