Male Athlete of the Week:
Matt Dairon |
| Sport: Cross Country Running |
| Program: 1st year BSCS |
| Event / Game: GPRC Grand Prix |
| Matt has been the strongest runner on the Griffins this year, and he continued that dominance in Grande Prairie with his best finish yet in a very tough field, ending up seventh and leading his team to a third place finish overall. This puts the men’s team in contention to medal this weekend at the ACAC Championships. |

| In preparation for the ACAC Championships on Oct 20th, Lauren put up another great performance finishing fourth and leading her team to a first place finish this past weekend. Lauren has been one of the ACAC’s most consistent runners in all four Grand Prix’s, she is a strong team leader and great Griffin ambassador. |
